Referrals
The Franklin County DUI Program welcomes referrals for services. If a County or State entity makes the referral, that agency will received confirmation of completion, or reasons for failing to complete. Other referral sources (most commonly individuals) will receive a letter of completion.

To avoid rejection of your referral, please be sure to include all requested information and MUST include the following:

Offender name, address, date of birth, phone number(s), and drivers license number (OLN).

Arrest information including arrest date, blood alcohol concentration, arresting agency. *If this is a Pennsylvania arrest, please include the Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by the police.*
